SX1231J 是一款符合 ARIB 标准的高度集成射频收发器芯片,可在所有日本 sub-GHz 频段上运行。它具备高度集成的数字架构,最大限度地减少了外部组件,并为优化系统参数和性能提供了灵活性。高灵敏度和卓越的阻断性能与优化后的 IIP3 相结合,在最恶劣的环境中最大限度地扩大覆盖范围。
