概览
SX1236 是一款完全集成的 ISM 频段收发器芯片,能够在 sub-GHz 空间的大多数授权频段中进行双频段运行,外部元件极少。它在所有操作模式下同时提供高链路预算和低电流消耗。143dB 的链路预算由低噪声 CMOS 接收器前端和高达 +20dBm 的发射输出功率实现。它提供一组内部功率放大器,支持全面调节以实现恒定的射频性能,或直连电源以实现最佳效率。
