RClamp®2261ZA is a low capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) that is designed to protect sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to electrical overstress (EOS), voltage surges and electrostatic discharge (ESD). RClamp2261ZA offers desirable characteristics for board level protection including fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage and no device degradation.功能
