The DFB-23-03 is a very-high-power (VHP) O-band CW distributed feedback laser (DFB) available as a chip for use in Near-packages optics (NPO) and other optical modules for data center, AI and other markets using silicon photonics or other technologies requiring a VHP CW O-Band optical input.
